Due to our flex working environment and cloud-based culture, we have vast availability even outside of normal working hours. We are available via telephone Monday – Friday from 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M EST. We also pride ourselves on our very prompt and in-depth e-mail responses, 365 days of the year. Therefore, if your situation is urgent or time-sensitive and you need assistance outside of our normal working hours, please feel free to give us a call or send an e-mail explaining your situation. We normally answer all urgent queries very promptly, often including late at night or on the weekends.
